ZUCCHINI NUT BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini (no seeds)
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together, by hand, eggs, Crisco, vanilla, sugar, zucchini, and pineapple. Add the remaining ingredients. Fold all together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
