CRANBERRY SALAD 
4 c. fresh cranberries
2 2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. grated orange peeling
1 c. orange juice
1 pkg. cherry Jello
2 c. water
2/3 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped pecans

Grind cranberries and let stand in sugar for 30 minutes. Add grated orange peeling and juice. Dissolve Jello per package directions and add to mixture. Add celery and nuts. Chill until firm before serving. Keep stored in refrigerator.
