NO BAKE RICE PUDDING 
2 1/4 c. rice (regular)
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 c. raisins or currants
Milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Cinnamon

Put rice in large pot with plenty of water and salt. Boil until rice is open, soft and fluffy (about 1/2 hour). Wash rice with cold running water and strain. Put in clean pot; cover with regular milk. Heat until boiling. Add condensed milk, continue to boil while stirring constantly, 5-10 minutes. Add raisins. Put in flat pan; add cinnamon and cool.
