NO COOK CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 lg. thin skinned oranges
2 apples (optional)
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Wash cranberries and dry on toweling. Wash and cut oranges and apples, remove seeds. Put berries and oranges through grinder. (We used an electric food processor). Add sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Cover, refrigerate at least 24 hours. Makes 3 1/2 cups. If refrigerated, it will keep for several weeks.
