SPAGHETTI AND MEAT BALLS 
MEAT BALLS:

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. Progresso bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Simmer in sauce for 40 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato paste
4 c. water
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt

Cut up quartered potatoes (2 or 3) can be added.
