APPLE CRUNCH 
3 c. apples
1 3/4 c. sugar
Sprinkle cinnamon

TOPPING:

3/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Grease small cake tin real well and add apples, sliced thinly. Sprinkle sugar over apples and sprinkle cinnamon. Mix topping ingredients as for pie crust and sprinkle over apples. Press down in between apples. Bake 40 minutes or until apples are done. Cut in small pieces and serve with whipped cream.
