BARBECUE STEAK 
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 lb. round steak, 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can Campbell's onion soup
1/2 c. ketchup

Combine flour and seasonings; poured into steak. In skillet, brown steak in shortening; pour off fat. Add soup and ketchup. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until done. Stir occasionally. Serves 4.
