LITTLE CHEESE LOAVES 
1 c. plain cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, (6 oz.)

Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour into 8 greased and floured 4x2x2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove immediately from pans.

NOTE: Bread maybe baked in a greased and floured 9 inch square baking pan; bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 8 loaves 4x2x2.
