CHICKEN CASHEW CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. cashews
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Combine all ingredients. Add more broth if it gets dry. Put 1/2 of noodles on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
