CHOCOLATE SCOTCHEROOS 
Bring 1 cup sugar and 1 cup light corn syrup to a boil in saucepan. Remove from heat. Blend in 1 cup peanut butter then 6 cups Rice Krispies. Press into buttered 13x9 pan. (I use a plastic bag over my hand.)

Melt over hot water: 6 oz. butterscotch chips

Spread over top and chill until top is firm. Great for cookie exchanges!
