FAVORITE BUFFET CHICKEN 
4 servings chicken - halves of a breast or a combination of thighs & drumsticks
1 jar (10 oz.) apricot jam
1 bottle (8 oz.) Red Russian dressing
1 env. dehydrated onion soup mix

Place chicken pieces in shallow buttered baking dish. Blend together jam, salad dressing and dry onion soup mix; pour over chicken, turning pieces to coat on all sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done, basting occasionally.

Good served with combination of wild and white rice. Makes 4 servings. (Although this recipe includes a jar of jam, the dish is not too sweet.)
