MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
8 lg. Idaho potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 tsp. butter

Peel and boil potatoes. Mash like regular mashed potatoes using above ingredients. Pour into greased pan or dish. Can be frozen several days ahead of time. Thaw, heat and serve. Saves lots of work and dirty pans for your special occasion.
