POTATO CORN CHOWDER 
6 slices bacon, cut in half
1 med. onion, chopped
5 or 6 med. potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter

Fry bacon and chopped onion until tender in large pan. Peel and dice potatoes; place in pan. Add water until potatoes are just covered. Salt and pepper to taste. Boil until potatoes are done.

Add corn, evaporated milk, and 1/2 stick butter. Do not boil. Heat until corn is cooked.
