1 c. unsalted butter, room temperature
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cream of tartar
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix dry ingredients and add to egg, sugar, oil, and butter mixture. Drop by small teaspoon on ungreased cookie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. 5 dozen cookies.
