1 box orange Jello
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 sm. container cottage cheese, sm. curd
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix Jello and cottage cheese together using electric mixer. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Add oranges and pineapple, mix with spoon. Turn into mold and let stand overnight. This is a very good recipe. If your family is like mine, you may need to make a double portion.
