2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bottled bacon bits
1/2 pkg. dry HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing (1 pint size)
7 lg. flour tortillas

Cook spinach and drain well. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, bacon bits and HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing. Mix in cooked spinach. Equally divide on top 7 large flour tortillas. Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla and store in Tupperware type container. Store overnight in refrigerator. Slice into 1 inch slices. Make an attractive bright green and white pinwheel log.
