REBECCA SAUCE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar to taste (I use 5-6 tbsp., stirring after each tbsp.)
Strawberries (1 c. per person)

Beat cream cheese until softened in a bowl. Gradually add cream until mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla and sugar to desired sweetness. Wash and hull strawberries. Keep berries and cream mixture in refrigerator until ready to serve.
