GINGER STUFFING FOR CHICKEN,
TURKEY OR CHOPS
 
1 1/2 stick of butter
1 med. onion
1/2 c. of celery
2 tbsp. crushed red pepper
10 to 12 slices of toasted bread
2 tbsp. ground ginger

Saute butter, onion, celery, red pepper and ginger together in saucepan on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add ingredients to cut up toasted bread slices then stuff chicken, turkey or chops. Bake in oven until desired meat is done. Bake at 350 degrees.
