STUFFED PEPPERS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. fast cooking rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
6-8 bell peppers
2 eggs
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. buttered bread crumbs
Ketchup

Cut tops out of pepper leaving shoulders on. Remove seeds and membranes. Rinse out and set aside. Mix the rest together. Place peppers in a 2-quart casserole dish. Fill up peppers with meat mixture. If any meat is left, put in and around peppers.

Bake covered 25 minutes. Uncover; pour some ketchup on top.; Bake another 20 minutes or until insides look done.
