CHICKEN ORTEGA 
4 whole chicken breasts
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 pkg. corn tortillas, broken into 4

SAUCE:

1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped chilies

Boil chicken and leave in large pieces. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. In a 9"x9" dish, layer tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheeses. Repeat. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. This recipe is good to double and freeze.
