CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and butter well. Add melted chocolate and beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating very well after each one. Add vanilla and beat well. Spoon into individual dessert dishes or pour into a graham cracker or cookie crumb crust. Refrigerate at least a couple of hours. Top with whipped cream and milk chocolate shavings when serving.
