APRICOT SNOWBALLS 
1/4 c. butter
6 tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 can Solo apricot filling
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter in heavy pan. Add sugar, apricot filling and egg yolk. Cook and stir for 10 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and add nuts, cereal and vanilla. Form small balls and roll in coconut. Store in refrigerator. Makes 36 cookies.
