NACHO CHEESE POTATO DISH 
5 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced in round slices
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can onion soup
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can nacho cheese sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
4 slices crisp beef bacon, crumbled
1 c. celery, chopped

Mix the parsley, pepper and salt with the can of soup. Pour over potatoes which have been combine with the onion and celery. Pour cheese on top, sprinkle with bacon bits and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees until potatoes are done.
