ZUCCHINI BROWNIES 
1 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Sift flour, cocoa, soda, salt and cinnamon. In a large bowl, beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients with buttermilk and zucchini. Blend with mixer. Pour into greased and floured 11 x 15 inch baking pan. Top with chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares.
