CANNED FRUIT SALAD | |
1 lg. can pears 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 can Mandarin oranges 2 c. raisins 1 c. pecans (optional) 1 lg. can peaches 2 lg. cans fruit cocktail 1 can coconut 1 c. mayonnaise 1 jar cherries Open and drain all fruits well, dice, and mix. Add mayonnaise, mix lightly. Seal in air tight container. Refrigerate. Keeps 6 weeks. |
