1 lg. pkg Oreos, crushed
1/2 stick butter, soften to room temp.

Mix with Oreos. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze. 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream. Let soften and spread over Oreo "crust". Spread 1 jar fudge ice cream topping over ice cream. Top with whipped cream and nuts. Freeze.
