CRACKER CANDY 
2 sticks butter 1/2 lb.
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Saltines, crackers

Line jelly roll pan with foil lay a layer of Saltines crackers salt side up. Boil butter and sugar together for 3 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour over crackers and bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over. Return to oven for 1 minute. Remove and spread like frosting. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 2 hours and bread like brittle.
