RHUBARB COBBLER 
4 or 5 c. rhubarb, cut into pieces
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. water

Arrange rhubarb in 9x13 pan, cover with sugar and dot with bits of butter and salt.

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder

Blend the sugar, oil, egg and milk. Mix baking powder with flour and mix in with the wet mix. Pour over the rhubarb in pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 300 degree oven. Serve warm or cold.
