SQUASH CASSEROLE 
8 med. squash
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs or dry bread crumbs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook squash and onion in small amount of water, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain well and place in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Combine squash and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into greased 2 quart shallow casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
