1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 pt. cottage cheese

Melt butter in the pan you bake quiche in. Beat eggs in bowl. Pour butter in with eggs and mix all ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
