2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, room temperature 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour Dash salt 1/2 tsp. paprika Stuffed olives, pitted ripe olives, anchovy fillets or salami cubes Blend butter and cheese, cut in flour, salt and paprika. Mix well. Shape into small balls and make indentation into each and stuff with one of the above, then reshape to cover filling. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. May be frozen before baking. Bring to room temperature and bake. |
