GARDEN VARIETY PIZZIA 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1/2 c. reduced calorie salad dressing
1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
1 c. part skim milk Ricotta cheese
1 pkg. reduced calorie ranch dressing mix
12 oz. Cheddar cheese
6 c. vegetables (carrots, green pepper, broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower)

Press crescent rolls into a jelly roll pan and bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. Cool. Mix yogurt, salad dressing, Ricotta cheese, and dressing mix. Spread the mixture on the cooled crust. Top with the slices or pieces of vegetables. Top with Cheddar cheese.
