SWEDISH DOUGH BREAD 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cold water

Mix as for pie crust (divide in two). Spread on cookie sheet 3" wide and 12" long.

TOPPING:

1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract

Bring water and butter to a boil. Take off stove and add flour and eggs, one at a time and beat well. Add extract. Spoon on crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Open oven door and leave 5 minutes.

ICING:

2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. confectionery sugar
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tbsp. warm water

Mix in Mixmaster until creamy and spread on cold cake.
