MICROWAVE ORANGE CHOCOLATE
PUDDING
 
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. orange extract

Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in medium glass mixing bowl; gradually stir in milk. Microwave on full power for 5 minutes, stirring once. Continue to microwave until mixture is cooked and thickened, 2 more minutes. Stir in orange extract. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
