PEACH KUCHEN 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 lb. soft butter

FILLING:

1 lg. can sliced peaches, drained
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 sm. container heavy cream

CRUST: Blend ingredients until crumbly. Place dough in a deep 10-inch fluted baking dish. Press dough up sides and into dish.

FILLING: Place peaches on crust in design pattern. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Whisk together egg yolks and cream and pour over peaches (without removing from oven. Make sure pie dish is on cookie tray to prevent spills.) Bake an additional 20-25 minutes until brown on top. Cool. Enjoy.
