JANIE'S FAVORITE CHICKEN 
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
2/3 can beer
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of pepper
3 med. chicken breasts (split)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In saucepan cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in tomato soup, beer, curry, powder, oregano and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

Arrange chicken breasts in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour tomato mixture over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 3-6 servings. Juice is great served over rice!
