1 lb. hamburger
1/8 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 c. macaroni
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. American cheese
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water
4 eggs
Salt & pepper
1/4 lb. Feta or American cheese

Brown hamburger and onion, drain. Add water and tomato paste. Cook macaroni and drain. Add butter and cheese. Cook ingredients until thick. Cool. Beat eggs until yellow. Add seasoning and cheese. In 2 quart casserole layer: Meat, macaroni and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
