LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. butter, soft
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix and spread in a 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. white sugar
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix and pour onto crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Dust with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
