B.B.Q. FISH 
2 soft boil potatoes
2 fish fillets
1 c. BBQ sauce
1/8 c. butter
Sliced onions & carrots
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Put fish and potatoes on bottom of foil. Then vegetables. Dot with butter and salt and pepper to taste. Then put BBQ sauce on wrap in foil. Put on hot coals for about 1/2 hour.
