MEXICAN CRINKLES 
3/4 c. soft shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Cream together. 2 (1 oz.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted 1 3/4 c. flour 1 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt

Add all other ingredients to the creamed mix. Shape dough into balls and roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture (1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar). Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
