PEACH PICKLES 
1 pt. vinegar
1/2 gal. water
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves, whole
1 tsp. cinnamon (whole)
Peaches, as juice is used up mix extra amount

Mix and bring to a boil all ingredients. Drop peaches in liquid and cook 15 minutes. Don't cook until peaches get too soft. Pack in sterilized jars and seal.
