MICROWAVE HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Add 1 cup water. Cook until thick, stirring every 30 seconds. Takes 2 to 4 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons butter and cook 30 seconds more. Stir. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla and serve over ice cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
