OVEN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 c. toasted bread cubes
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. toasted, chopped or slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients except cheese and 1 cup of bread cubes. Pile lightly into individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and 1 cup of bread cubes. Bake 10-15 minutes or until bubbly. 6 servings.
