ITALIAN CHICKEN 
8 boneless and skinned chicken breasts
1 white onion, sliced
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. marinara sauce or oil-free Italian sauce

Place chicken in baking dish and cover with onion slices. Top with Italian sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until tender. Serves 8.
