JELLIED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 ozs.) lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/4 c.finely diced celery
1 tbsp. chopped chives or parsley
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. grated carrots
2 tbsp. grated onion

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add lemon juice, sugar and salt, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Chill until syrupy. Fold in mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in cabbage, carrot, celery, onion and chives. Turn into a 1 quart mold or 6 individual molds. Chill until firm. Yield: 6 portions.
