BUTTERY BAKED FISH 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. each: basil, oregano and parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. sole fillets (or any white fish)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 13x9 inch pan melt butter in oven (5-7 minutes). In 9 inch pie pan, combine cracker crumbs, seasonings, Parmesan cheese. Dip fish fillets in butter and then crumb mixture, coating well.

Arrange in baking pan. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until fish is tender and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
