COLD CABBAGE SALAD 
4 1/2 chicken breasts, boiled, chopped into bite size pieces
1 head cabbage, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 pkg. Ramen noodles, uncooked, broken
1 sm. pkg. slightly roasted slivered almonds

DRESSING:

2 pkgs. Ramen noodle seasoning mix
1 c. oil
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar (wine or balsamic)
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all salad ingredients except noodles.

Mix dressing. Toss with cabbage mixture. Chill at least 1 hour. Add noodles right before serving.
