YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
4 oz. flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg
8 oz. milk
1 oz. fat dripping (preferably beef)

Sift flour and salt together. Punch hole in center. Add unbeaten egg and half of milk. Beat together well until large bubbles show on top mixture. Let stand in cool place about 1/2 hour before cooking. Heat fat in muffin pan or cookie sheet. Stir in rest of milk. Cook at 450 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
