AMARETTO CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. pecans, ground (walnuts may be substituted)
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine the above ingredients and press into a springform pan.

FILLING:

Cream: 16 oz. cream cheese

Add:

Add: 16 oz. sour cream 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. almond extract

Pour over crust. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn off oven - do not open the oven door - and leave the cheese cake for 3 to 4 hours. Serve chilled, topped with cherries, pineapple or blueberries.
