GREEN SALAD 
2 sm. boxes lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. cold water or 1 c. water & 1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. crushed nuts
1/2 c. celery, cut up fine
3 tbsp. white sugar
1 can drained, crushed pineapple

Mix Jello and water together. Add cream cheese (I use mixer for this). Put in refrigerate until it jells slightly, then add nuts, celery, sugar and crushed pineapple. Return to refrigerator until it gets firm. I use a large Tupperware mixing bowl for this recipe. Keep refrigerate until ready to eat.
